I need help with a Buddhism crossword from my crossword book?

What is the basic message of Buddha's Teaching summed up in?

What is the word for understanding of suffering and detachment?

What is the word for freeing yourself from worldly desires?

What rules can budhists learn to end desire?

What form of Buddhism is practiced in North America and Europe?|||It would help to know how many letters are in each word. I'll do the best I can.

basic message of Buddha's Teaching:

Dharma means the teachings and hence the way to nirvana.

understanding of suffering and detachment:

Enlightenment means the highest goal of life is to

reach Enlightenment; a state of being that goes beyond suffering.

freeing yourself from worldly desires:

Liberation means that by following the Buddha's path one escapes the cycle of craving and suffering.

rules buddhists learn to end desire:

The Four Noble Truths are the essentials of Buddhism

The Eightfold Path which lead the Buddhist towards the path of Enlightenment.

form of Buddhism practiced in North America and Europe is most likely Zen.|||Yeh, i agree it would be really helpful to know the number of letters in the words.

- Dharma

- Enlightenment

- Liberation

- The Four Noble Truths/ The Eightfold path/ The five precepts(aslo called aggregrates)

- Zen, Nichiren

yeh, im pretty sure the person above me got all/most of them right|||I agree with both the people who posted before me. It would also be nice to see how many letters. But if it's not Zen, it might be Tibetan. I don't know if that helped, but good luck! Have fun.
